EXPERIENCE, QUALITY AND COMMUNITY
Standing on 12+ years of milsim with roots dating all the way back to 2012, the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit prides itself on delivering the most authentic milsim based on the United States Marine Corps.
We run everything based on a near 1:1 military command structure, realistic communication and documents / training designed by our team of real veterans and admins.
We pride ourselves in the consistency and quality of the hundreds of operations and trainings we have conducted since the official launch in 2024, and we look forward to continuing the legacy of our current and former members.
MISSION STATEMENT
"The mission of the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit is to establish an ArmA Reforger gaming community that emulates the environment of the United States Marine Corps as close to 1:1 as possible through use of equipment, tactics, training, and a moral code of conduct. The higher objective of this emulation is an environment conducive to the personal growth of 11th MEU members in their teamwork, leadership, and morality."
— Maj. Campbell (Red Death-6), ACo. Commanding Officer

All members are expected to uphold the standards of attendance and participation required by the 11th MEU at all times. PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU CHOSE TO BE HERE. Cross-game unit membership is only permitted where it does not interfere with 11th MEU operational readiness, scheduled training, or unit activities.
Prospective recruits for joining the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit must meet the following criteria:
Aged 17 or over (with exceptions based on maturity and character).
Own a legitimate copy of Arma Reforger for PC, Xbox, or PlayStation.
Own a working headset & microphone.
All 11th MEU personnel are required to maintain reactions on posts; however, attendance is not required. Please note that consistent failure to meet this requirement may result in administrative action or reassignment. Operational readiness and unit cohesion depend on your commitment.
The 11th MEU utilizes the Reforger Workshop for the distribution and management of all required modifications. This includes both publicly available assets and custom content developed by our dedicated modding team. While members are expected to maintain their own modpacks to ensure operational readiness, technical assistance is available through unit staff as needed.
Our Arma Reforger Server Mod Lists:

- Training Server: https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/reforger/36032187
All 11th MEU personnel are also required to maintain an active presence in the official unit Discord server, which serves as the primary platform for communication, coordination, and updates.
Upon successful application to the 11th MEU via our official Discord, all recruits are required to complete a two-phase, comprehensive Infantry Marine Course (IMC), approximately three hours in total duration.
This course is designed to ensure basic tactical cohesion, familiarize recruits with unit procedures, and provide both the recruit and 11th MEU staff an opportunity to assess readiness for active assignment within the unit. Successful completion of the IMC is a prerequisite for any and all public unit activities.
Following successful completion of the IMC, Marines may advance into additional qualification and specialization courses depending on their chosen billet, platoon assignment, and career track within the 11th MEU.
These courses are designed to refine tactical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and MOS-specific competencies. Examples include:
Weapons and Support Courses: Machine Gun Qualification, Mortar Employment, Combat Engineer Operations
Reconnaissance & Advanced Skills: Reconnaissance and Surveillance (R&S), Advanced Marksmanship, Small Unit Tactics
Aviation and Support Element Training: Aircrew Operations, Forward Air Control (FAC/JTAC), Vehicle Crew Operations
Leadership and Development Tracks: Fireteam Leader Course, NCO Development, Officer/Staff Leadership School
Each progression course follows the standardized 11th MEU training framework and contributes directly to a Marine’s operational readiness, billet eligibility, and promotion potential.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
We don’t hand out respect — you earn it.
The 11th MEU is more than just uniforms and call signs. We’re a tight-knit, high-performance milsim unit that demands discipline, teamwork, and grit. Whether you’re breaching doors, coordinating CAS, or holding the line under pressure, we train like we fight — with precision and purpose.
We’re looking for those who thrive under pressure, rise to a challenge, and never leave a man behind. If you think you’ve got the mindset, the skill, and the drive to operate alongside the best — prove it.
